Genexis FibreXport Ethernet Gateway
The modular managed Ethernet gateways are part of the FiberXport® product family. Together with the FiberXport® fiber termination unit and the optical CATV receiver, it allows for data & CATV services on a fiber-to-the-home infrastructure in a single unit. The managed Ethernet gateway has been developed by Genexis to enable managed Ethernet services in a fiber-to-the-home network at lowest cost. IP-data entering the managed Ethernet gateway is either routed or directly forwarded to the managed Ethernet ports on its LAN side, capable of handling speeds up to 1000 Mbps. Rate-limit, QoS and VLAN can be managed for each port separately.
