Eugene Razbash – Managing Director and Founder

Eugene Razbash has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, broadcasting and applied technologies as an engineer, manager and business owner.

He was instrumental in founding our IP Centrex operation and selling it to an ASX-listed company.

Prior to CombiTel, Eugene held management positions with the telecommunications industry leaders such as ECI Telecom (NSDAQ: ECIL; board member of Australian subsidiary) and NEC Corporation, where he had worked on TV-over-DSL and IP communications projects worldwide.

Eugene played key role in the proposal, design and implementation of a landmark NTL project. This is arguably the world’s largest ATM/SDH radio network, which currently carries live digital television, business data and voice traffic.

Eugene’s experience also includes a successful consulting business providing services to Broadcasting and Telecommunications industries specialising in Pay TV technologies.

During early days of his professional career Eugene worked in research and development of complex video and communications systems for defence and aerospace industries. During that period Eugene obtained a patent and published four scientific papers in the areas of digital signal processing.

Eugene is a member of IEEE and holds Master’s degree in Electronics. He also studied business subjects at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Eugene’s speaking engagements included IIR, ATUG and SPAN conferences.

Barry Goldenberg, Director – Operations and Customer Support

Barry has been working in the global telecommunications industry for over 20 years in R&D, project management and marketing roles.

Barry held key management positions with ECI Telecom in Australia and internationally including his tenure as Associate Vice President - Project Management & Customer Support. He was instrumental in setting up and managing ECI’s global customer support organization featuring 14 support centres worldwide.

Barry started his career as an R&D engineer at Tadiran Telecommunications working on Class 5 TDM switching projects.

Barry holds an Engineering Diploma (Honors), a Bachelor degree in Economics and an MBA (Honors).

Peter Mills, Manager – Enterprise Sales

Peter has had over 25 years of international commercial experience including positions in sales, marketing and general management spanning IT, Manufacturing, Insurance and Finance industries. He made contributions to the success of success of such companies as Goodyear, Michelin, Microcraft, BT and GIO.

Prior to joining CombiTel, Peter was the managing director of a successful services business for over 12 years. A company, which he built from ground up into a market leading operation, which pioneered business and logistics strategies replicated Australia-wide.

Following the sale of the business Peter worked in multimedia production and software development industry selling solutions to enterprises and small businesses.
